Đổ lòng trắng vào bột năng và quấy đều. Rồi đổ vào phần sườn vừa ướp. Trộn đều cho thấm gia vị.Pha sốt: Giấm, đường, tương cà, xì dầu và thêm 3 thìa nước. Trộn đều cho có màu cánh gián.
Cho dầu ăn vào chảo đun nóng rồi chiên sườn vàng đều các mặt thì gắp ra đĩa.
Tiếp tục phi hành tỏi cho thơm. Cho nước sốt thêm vào và đổ sườn vào.
Dùng đũa đảo đều, om nhỏ lửa. Đến khi nước sốt kẹo lại thì tắt bếp. Cho ra đĩa và thưởng thức. Chúc các bạn thành công!
