Ăn cơm tiệm thấy nhiều quan món rau xào ăn cùng cơm thường là món hẹ xào giá đỗ này. Món xào này rất mát và giải độc cơ thể nữa. Nay mình cũng thử triển cho bữa cơm gia đình ăn xem sao.
Giá đỗ mua về nhặt sạch, rửa sạch với nhiều nước, sau đó đem chần giá đỗ qua nước sôi khoảng 30 giây rồi vớt ra để ráo nước. Hẹ rửa sạch, cắt khúc ngắn 2-3cm.
Đun nóng 2 muỗng canh dầu ăn, cho hẹ và giá đỗ vào xào. Xào lửa vừa cho giá hẹ dịu xuống. Nêm thêm 1/2 muỗng cà phê muối, 1 muỗng cà phê hạt nêm và 1/2 muỗng cà phê đường, xào tiếp 1 phút cho ngấm gia vị là được.
Hẹ xào giá đỗ đơn giản mà ngon cơm. Món xào giúp chống ngán rất hiệu quả. Mình thường dùng món này ăn kèm với cơm sau những bữa đám tiệc nhiều món ăn dầu mỡ.
